Assist with the consolidated periodical closing process including cut-off reports, accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, revaluation, allocations etc up to a full balance sheet and P&L.approving bills, preparing bank transfers, making monthly reconciliations, and monitoring the process Prepare ﬁnancial and administrative reports as needed.Assist with ﬁnancial and payroll reporting to governmental authorities, tax authorities, VAT etc.

(about 45 employees) ensuring accurate and timely payroll Accountable for managing the entire payroll process, including preparing the paychecks, employees’ reimbursement, bonuses, etc.Assist with the day-to-day bookkeeping Monitor & review the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date, up to balance.
